Originally from the east bay in California, Jimmy Brents is a freelance drummer based out of San Francisco and Los Angeles. Since graduating cum laude from the Berklee College of Music in 2023, Jimmy has drummed in hundreds of professional recordings and performances. Professionally trained, Jimmy excels in popular styles of music including rock, pop, and jazz. Off the drumset, Jimmy also has a strong background in music production and has been featured as a co-producer on many projects.
Jimmy is currently available for remote tracking, in person session work, performances, and tours.
